All items at Tots and Tweenz are custom made-to-order through our production partners. Because each item is individually printed and customized upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection (please review size charts carefully before ordering)
Incorrect address provided at checkout

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
