We custom-print every single item just for you as soon as you place an order! Because we utilize two specialized, eco-friendly printing facilities to make our gear, your order may arrive in multiple packages at slightly different times.
Here is what you can expect:
1. Processing & Production Times (Fulfillment)
Before your order ships, it has to be made!

Standard Items: Take 2–5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack.

Organic & Circular Cotton: Usually printed and packed within 1–3 working days.
2. Shipping Speeds & Estimates
Once your items leave our printing facilities, transit times depend on where you live and which collection your item is from:
Standard Collection
Standard items (such as accessories, custom gear, and standard apparel) are shipped from our closest regional warehouse to ensure fast delivery.

3. Frequently Asked Questions
Why did only half of my order arrive?
Don't worry, the rest is on the way! Because we use two different printing partners, our Organic Cotton Collection and our Standard Collection ship from separate locations in completely different packaging. They will likely arrive a few days apart.
Will I get tracking numbers?
Yes! As soon as each part of your order is printed and handed over to the postal carrier, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
What about customs fees?
For international orders, please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or local carrier fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your country's customs office.
